About the Role

Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate claims processing and patient billing.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Process claims according to established guidelines and policies
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with providers and patients as needed
• Ensure timely submission of claims to avoid denials
• Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare claims processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Cerner charting system
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
