About the Role

Responsible for managing patient health information using the Epic charting system. Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient health information into the Epic system accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies in patient information.
• Perform data entry tasks such as updating patient charts, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in health information management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a health information management program or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.

Skills

• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
