Claims Consultant - Business Insurance

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
Requirements
- Proficient in managing client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage and education on risk solutions, while effectively advocating for clients.
- Skilled in leading claim reviews and educating clients and teams on best practices, with a strong ability to participate in client meetings to deliver tailored claims management services.
- Adept at collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies, fostering strong relationships, analyzing insurance needs, and ensuring timely execution of service plans to achieve measurable value and efficiency.
- Experienced in following client service workflows, utilizing internal resources for enhanced efficiency, maintaining accurate client files, and ensuring data completeness by consistently meeting timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in claims handling within an agency or insurance carrier.
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
- AIC, SCLA or other related professional designation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
