Claims Business Analyst

Location: McKinney, Texas (remote role within the U.S.)

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Business Analyst to support a claims transformation initiative. This includes documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Support process redesign and future-state workflows.
• Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.
• Technical knowledge is helpful but not required.

Pay

The starting pay range for this remote role is $117,600.00 to $196,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on factors including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
