Key Responsibility
- Receive and register customer claim requests.
- Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Cook up with customers to collect pending documents.
- Update claim details in the ERP/CRM system.
- Track the status of ongoing claims and maintain records.
- Cook up with service centers, insurance partners, and internal teams for claim processing.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Basic Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience
- Experience in customer service or claim processing is preferred.
