Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine coverage
- Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
- Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
- Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
Must-have Qualifications
- Three years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years work experience and an associate degree
Schedule
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- After training: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, based on business need
Location
You must reside within a reasonable commute of Progressive's Bedford, NH Claims office at 43 Constitution Dr. Suite 203, Bedford, NH 03110.
Compensation
$54,000 - $57,500/yearly
Gainshare
Annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
