Claims Adjuster Trainee
About the role
As a claims adjuster trainee, you’ll learn how to help customers get back on the road after an accident. This is a phone-based, non-field position where you’ll build relationships with customers while resolving a heavy caseload efficiently and managing the claims process from start to finish. You’ll receive support from a collaborative team, ongoing coaching from leaders, and in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts to confidently and independently adjust claims.
This is a hybrid role for the first 12 months: you’ll work in-office two days selected by local leadership and choose where to work the other three days (home or office). After 12 months, in-office days will vary based on business need. You’re welcome to work in the office as often as you prefer.
