About the role

We are seeking dedicated professionals for a claims adjuster – casualty litigation role. This role offers unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex commercial claim investigations
  • Interpret coverage and investigate liability
  • Handle claims involving multiple vehicles, competing claims, and significant injuries
  • Direct counsel through litigation
  • Engage experts and conduct negotiations including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Evaluate claims to mitigate risk

Requirements

  • Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling, OR
  • Three years in claims handling and a bachelor's degree, OR
  • Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree

Preferred Skills

  • Attorney-represented and litigated bodily injury claim experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex facts to case law and regulatory environments
