About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial claim investigations
- Interpret coverage and investigate liability
- Handle claims involving multiple vehicles, competing claims, and significant injuries
- Direct counsel through litigation
- Engage experts and conduct negotiations including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Evaluate claims to mitigate risk
Requirements
- Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling, OR
- Three years in claims handling and a bachelor's degree, OR
- Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree
Preferred Skills
- Attorney-represented and litigated bodily injury claim experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex facts to case law and regulatory environments
