Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled professionals with 2-4 years of experience in Worker's Compensation (60% of our claims are related to WC). We're seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team and make a significant impact in incident claim liability mitigation through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders and managing high case loads

Must Haves

• Associates Degree in Business, Risk Management or related field
• Claim Litigations experience
• 2-4 years of adjudicating worker's compensation and general liability claims at a high volume
• Experience of managing end to end claims

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience managing a third party insurance agent like Traveler's insurance
• Claims Adjuster License
• Multi-state claims management

Bonus Points

• Experience of working at an insurance firm, especially with Travelers

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Risk Management or related field is required
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience primarily in Worker's Compensation and General liability claims
• In-depth knowledge of claim investigation and settlement processes
• Familiarity with relevant laws, multi-state regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
