About the role
The Claims Adjuster is responsible for evaluating claims from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.
- Handles claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
- Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills.
- Manages a high call volume with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Preferred minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience.
- Bilingual is a plus, not required.
