for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive; but we should prefer those headings. Could we add "About Us"? Not in list; better to avoid. Could incorporate About Us into About the role? Might be okay but we need to preserve all substantive information. The About Us paragraph is substantive about company. Could we put it under "About the role"? That might be weird. Perhaps we can add a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings; risk. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate; but we could also use other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples; but we should follow the pattern. Safer to stick to those.
Thus we need to fit About Us content somewhere. Could we put it under "About the role"? That section could include both role description and company overview. Might be acceptable.
Alternatively, we could create a section "About the company" but not in list; risk being considered not following instruction. Better to incorporate.
Thus sections:
- About the role: includes intro paragraph + About Us description.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: education, license, knowledge.
- Skills: MS Office, communication.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: hourly rate.
We must not include empty sections.
Now format: Use for each heading. Then content: For prose use
