Claim Examiner Associate - South Jordan

About the role
As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner Associate, you'll investigate and resolve employee injury claims. You'll serve as the key link between injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, and legal teams, ensuring fair and efficient claim handling. This role involves assessing liability through detailed evaluations, interviewing claimants, reviewing medical files, and negotiating fair claim resolutions.
This is an in-office opportunity located in our South Jordan, UT office.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve workers' compensation claims through detailed evaluations and assessments.
- Interview claimants and review medical files to determine liability.
- Negotiate fair claim resolutions using investigative insights.

Requirements
- 4-year degree OR 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in a dynamic, intellectually engaging role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The expected salary for this role is $28.50/hour. Salaries are based on factors including candidate skills, experience, education, training, scope and responsibilities of the role, as well as market and business considerations.
