We need to remove boilerplate: EEOC, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove company overview? It's substantive? It's generic but maybe we keep as "About the company"? The instruction says we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: Could include introductory description: love manual projects, Serco looking for Advanced Mechanical Assemblers, high-profile project supporting US Navy in Norfolk, VA, dynamic team supporting C5ISR system installations, etc. That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The "In This Role, You Will" list: follow blueprints, fabricate assemblies, preventive maintenance, reporting malfunctions, perform work with standard concepts, rely on limited experience, work onboard ships, uncomfortable area, equipment hazards. - Requirements: Could be the mandatory qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain shipyard access, background investigation, drug screening, OSHA certification, respirator qualified, PPE, forklift certification, operate heavy equipment, proficient hand/power tools, proficient MS Office, minimum 5 years experience using power tools assembling large/intricate assemblies, ability to obtain Firewatch and Cable Installer certification, minimum 5 years shipboard experience, etc. - Qualifications: Might overlap with requirements; but we could separate "Qualifications" as education/certifications, and "Skills" as technical skills. However we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? There's mention of ability to work second or third shift as needed, willing to work more than 40 hours work weeks. That's schedule info. Also willingness to travel up to 10% to various work sites. Ability to work in Newport News, VA. So schedule/shift info present. Benefits: There's a benefits section describing medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, flexible work arrangements, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability coverage, optional coverages, birth/adoption/parental leave, Employee Assistance Plan. That's substantive. Pay: There's mention: Salary range: The hourly amount for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. For positions on this contract, we will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location... The wage rate will vary depending on locality. Additionally, you will receive Health and Welfare Benefits based on the WD for the contract. That's pay info but not specific numbers. However we should not create Pay section if content is just "commensurate with experience" or "not specified". The posting says "The hourly amount for this position can be found at the top of this posting." That suggests the pay is listed elsewhere (maybe not in the snippet). Since we don't have the actual number, but we have statement that pay is prevailing wage per WD, varies by locality. That's somewhat specific but not a number. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says we can create Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state that pay is prevailing wage per WD, varies by locality. That's not a specific number but it's a statement about pay. Is that considered filler? It's not "varies" alone; it's more detail. I'd say we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule: There's mention of ability to work second or third shift as needed, willing to work more than 40 hours work weeks. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Now we need to format using

for each section heading, then content in

or

  • . Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also avoid Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEOC, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove company overview? It's not required but could be part of About the role? The instruction says we can have About the role section. The company overview is more about the company, not the role. Could be omitted. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep company overview if it's substantive. But we have limited sections; we could add an "About the company" section but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company overview under About the role? Might be okay but it's not exactly about the role. However we could incorporate some of it into About the role as context. But we need to preserve
