What You Will Do

• Perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, tower foundations.
• Experience preferred with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting concrete anchors
• Civil construction, such as but not limited to; earth moving, equipment operation, retaining earth/water, concrete/asphalt, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing, and painting
• Civil construction experience is a bonus
• Electrical experience and grounding (cad-weld) is a bonus
• Ability to read construction drawings is a bonus
• Able to work independently and as a team making sound decisions on behalf of the company
• Able to communicate needs, problems and questions to civil foreman

What You Will Need

• Medical and physical ability to perform duties of the position
• Maintain a valid driver's license, with a driving record that is within guidelines of the Driver's Insurability Agreement
• Communicate fluently with Team Members, Management Team and other employees
• Learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study
• Read and understand general job-related documents
• Climb and work at elevated heights (rooftops and ladders)
• Valid driver's license

Work Environment

• Onsite at job locations
• Potential exposure to outdoor elements
• Travel up to 75%
• Overtime may be required
• Ability to respond as needed to after-business hours issues

Pay

Hourly pay rate - 20.00-26.00
