Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Cooking with the Project Manager
- Oversight of labor and equipment timekeeping
- Maintaining client and team relationships
- Management of the project schedule
- Maintenance of productivity
- Reviewing cost reports
- Enforcement of safety policies
- Ensuring timely work completion
- Conducting daily safety meetings
- Development of material handling plans
- Identification of change orders
- Ensuring proper documentation of deliveries
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil construction experience, especially in bridge projects
- Experience in scheduling, quality control, supervision, and production
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- B.S. in Civil Construction preferred but not required
