Civil Superintendent

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and execute maintenance tasks on rail infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rail maintenance.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Regularly lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Work in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
• Occasional travel to job sites across North America.
