Civil Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee all construction activities.
• Direct all field personnel to ensure project completion on time.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
• Attend meetings both on and off-site as directed.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience.
• Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading and excavation.
• Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
