Civil Superintendent

About the role

This is a field-based position that works closely with the Project Management team to assist in managing the civil scope for the project. You will assist in assuring that the project is being constructed in accordance with the owner’s contract.

Reports to: Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Review project civil plan documentation and civil subcontract to assure alignment.
• Manage all subcontractors performing the civil scopes to assure that all timelines are met with a high level of safety and quality.
• Manage SWPPP/DEQ plans and requirements.
• Through collaboration with the subcontractors, plan daily job activities for the civil scope of work.
• Knowledge of all project plans, specifications, drawings, submittals, and permit requirements.
• Provide daily updates to the project management team for tracking of daily progress.
• Work with the Project team to accurately track scope, schedule, and cost for the civil scope.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with solar and/or wind construction.
• Experience with Procore.
