HDR, Ann Arbor, Michigan location, is looking for a Civil / Structural Engineering Intern to join our team of professionals in a rapidly growing and nationally ranked company dedicated to engineering excellence. The selected candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with little to no power delivery experience. In this position you will be expected to: Perform tasks with varying levels of complexity, which are assigned by a Project Engineer, Project Leader, or Project Manager. Tasks will include being able to follow direction, assisting structural engineers in preparing design packages, performing simple calculations, attending internal meetings and participating in field reviews. Preferred Qualifications Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPADemonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industryCourses in Power/Energy a plusExperience with computer-aided design programs (AutoCAD, Micro station, etc.) is desired but not required for consideration.
