Civil/Structural Engineer

Our projects help deliver clean drinking water, protect communities through fire suppression systems, and support municipal, agricultural, and industrial operations nationwide.

We're looking for an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer who is passionate about solving complex engineering challenges and wants to be part of a collaborative team where their work has a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Design steel storage tanks, foundations, platforms, stair systems, and related structural components.
• Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations using applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions for municipal, commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate closely with drafting, project management, manufacturing, sales, and field operations.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines and project objectives.
• Provide technical support throughout fabrication, construction, and installation.
• Contribute innovative ideas that improve engineering processes and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Experience with steel storage tanks, industrial structures, silos, or similar heavy industrial projects.
• Familiarity with applicable structural design codes and standards.
• Experience working in manufacturing or design-build environments.

Pay

Competitive salary ($125,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience).
