Civil / Structural Engineer

About the role

BBA is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our growing U.S. team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams on projects in the mining, industrial, energy, renewable power, and chemical sectors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise in both civil infrastructure and structural design, contributing to projects from concept development through detailed engineering and construction support.

Responsibilities

• Support the civil and structural design of industrial and infrastructure projects from preliminary studies through detailed engineering
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design memoranda, and construction documentation
• Assist with the design of civil infrastructure systems including site development, drainage, utility layouts, and access infrastructure
• Support the structural design of concrete foundations, steel and reinforced concrete structures, equipment support structures, pipe racks, platforms, industrial structural systems, and building structural components
