Civil Designer supporting civil site design for commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional projects within a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction environment. Key duties Develop civil site plan elements including layouts, grading, drainage, and utility plansPrepare civil design reports and construction document materialsCreate and edit deliverables using Civil 3D and related design toolsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce coordinated, build-ready documentsContribute to a people-first, growth-focused team culture Qualifications & Skills Proficiency with Civil 3D and civil design drafting/design workflowStrong understanding of site design components (grading, drainage, utilities)Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support document consistencyMotivation to expand technical skills and pursue relevant licensure
