Civil Rights Senior Litigation/Staff Attorney

Responsibilities

• Advocate for marginalized communities in high-stakes legal proceedings
• Develop and implement litigation strategies that advance civil rights
• Collaborate with colleagues to build coalitions and amplify client voices
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients and community partners

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse communities
• Knowledge of civil rights laws and constitutional principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social justice and civil rights

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
