Civil Rights Senior Litigation/Staff Attorney

Responsibilities
- Advocate for marginalized communities in high-stakes legal proceedings
- Develop and implement litigation strategies that advance civil rights
- Collaborate with colleagues to build coalitions and amplify client voices
- Provide legal guidance and support to clients and community partners
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Knowledge of civil rights laws and constitutional principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for social justice and civil rights

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
