We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes POSITION PURPOSE and duties. We'll create sections: About the role (maybe from POSITION PURPOSE), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (required qualifications), Benefits (benefits), Pay (pay info), Schedule? Not given. So we include only sections with real content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Skills? Could combine with Requirements. But we can separate Skills as part of Requirements. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with content. We have pay info: ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: Step 1 $4,799 – Step 4 $5,093 However, offer amount will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, education, skills, and training. CSU CLASSIFICATION SALARY RANGE: Step 1 $4,799 – Step 20 $6,992 PAY BASIS: Monthly. So we can put Pay section with that info. Benefits: described. Requirements: includes education & experience and SKAs. Could split into Requirements and Skills but we can combine. But we can also have Requirements heading for education/experience and Skills heading for SKAs. Let's do both: Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (knowledge, abilities). Provide lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE TO APPLY, FOR PRIORITY CONSIDERATION, etc. Also remove GENERAL INFORMATION, etc. Keep substantive. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, etc. Must not omit any duty bullet. Must include all details from duties sections. Must include all required qualifications details. Must include benefits details. Must include pay details. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" is okay if it's actual content. It's okay to include that sentence. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we will include sections only if we have content. Let's extract content. POSITION PURPOSE paragraph: Under general supervision... (long). We'll put that as About the role. Duties & Responsibilities: multiple bullet-like sentences. We'll convert each sentence into
  • . Need to preserve all details. That's all duties. Now Required Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training and two (2) years of recent administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs. Work experience should demonstrate budget analyst competency. Then SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES (SKA’s) list many items. We'll extract each as
  • . Let's list them: - Regular and reliable attendance is required. - Working knowledge of general practices, program, and/or administrative specialty. - Basic knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts. - Working knowledge of budget policies and procedures. - Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures relating to and impacting the applicable program, organizational unit, and/or administrative specialty. - Knowledge of basic methods and procedures for research and statistical analysis and the ability to apply them. - Ability to analyze data and make accurate projections using business mathematics and basic statistical techniques. - Ability to organize and plan work and projects including handling multiple priorities. - Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment. - Ability to compile, write, and present reports related to program or administrative specialty. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside the work group and serve as a liaison for the organizational unit. - Demonstrated customer service experience requiring a very high level of diplomacy and professionalism. - Ability to use tact and diplomacy to effectively handle a broad range of high level and sensitive interpersonal situations with diverse personalities, and to respond appropriately to conflicts and problems. - Ability to initiate, establish, and foster communication and teamwork by maintaining a positive, cooperative, productive work atmosphere in the University with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse population and with those from various cultural backgrounds. - Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner. - Thorough knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set own priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines. - Excellent computer skills and competence with a variety of computer applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, on-line systems, Internet as well as online calendaring and email. - Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications (we could include as part of Skills or separate but we can include as part of Skills maybe under Preferred). The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include Preferred Qualifications as part of Skills section maybe as a sublist? Could create a Skills section with required SKAs and then a separate Preferred Qualifications subsection? But headings limited to those given; we could include a Skills heading and include both required and preferred as list items, maybe marking preferred. But better to keep them separate: we could have a Skills heading for required SKAs, and then maybe a separate "Preferred Qualifications" heading not in allowed list; but we could fold into Skills as separate list with note "Preferred". However instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings. We could put Preferred Qualifications under Skills as a sublist with a note. But we must preserve all info; we can include them as list items under Skills with a prefix "(Preferred)". That preserves detail. Now Benefits: CSUB offers a best-in-class benefit package for eligible employees that includes an array of medical plans, choice of dental plans, vision coverage, retirement participation in CalPERS, CSU tuition waiver, up to 24 vacation days per year, sick leave with unlimited accrual, 15 paid holidays per year and more! See our benefits website for additional information. We'll put that as a
      with each benefit as
    • . Also mention "See our benefits website for additional information." maybe as a

after list. Pay: ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: Step 1 $4,799 – Step 4 $5,093 However, offer amount will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, education, skills, and training. CSU CLASSIFICATION SALARY RANGE: Step 1 $4,799 – Step 20 $6,992 PAY BASIS: Monthly. We'll put that as a

maybe with details. Schedule: Not given, so omit. Now About the role: Use POSITION PURPOSE paragraph. Let's craft HTML:
