Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors
  • Helping to lead business development activities (maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparation of presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.)
  • Focusing on municipal and land development projects in the Triangle Metro and broader Southeast regions

Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in site/civil design, permitting, and execution of public and private land development projects
  • Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Experience conducting community meetings and communication
  • Previous supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship

Skills

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
