Civil Project Manager - Land Development

About the role

Entellus is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves managing a variety of project types including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Manage a variety of land development projects through the entire lifecycle of the project.
• Participate in the firm’s seller-doer culture by developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Provide and teach engineering best practices to project team.
• Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
• Previous experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.
• Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with team and clients.
• Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding.
• Able to work independently/remotely while still meeting schedule and budget.
• Able to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
