Civil Project Manager - Aviation

About the role

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for an Aviation Project Manager to join our Denver team in serving our west region clients. This is a fantastic chance to work with a talented team of professionals and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction management for airport projects including extension and reconstruction of runways, taxiways, aprons, fuel systems, and vertical infrastructure such as hangars, AD buildings, and NAVAIDS.
• Support business development activities and serve as a client contact to airport boards, commissions, and clients.
• Manage management planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction.
• Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Perform business development activities (client needs, research, proposals).
• Cover construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff.
• Aid in the training and development of professional and technical staff.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Travel periodically to work sites and other project related locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with airport infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.

Pay

$83,000 - $155,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
