About the role

Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region. Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements. Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction. Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies. Collaborate directly with clients, helping turn development opportunities into successful projects. Contribute to the continued growth of Atwell's land development presence in the Seattle market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region.
  • Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements.
  • Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
  • Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 4+ years of civil land development experience.
  • Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Potential for preferred experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
  • Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Required: Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Pay

Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $140,000 USD
