Responsibilities

  • Lead site civil and land development projects across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and surrounding communities.
  • Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage projects from entitlement and permitting through construction administration.
  • Cookordination with municipalities, agencies, developers, and project stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Build strong client relationships and help expand Atwell's presence in the Arizona land development market.
  • Contribute technical expertise while helping mentor and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 4+ years of civil land development experience.
  • Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Possession of WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
  • Familiarity with Scottsdale, Phoenix-area, or Arizona municipal permitting processes.
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

$100,000 USD - $130,000 USD
