Civil Project Engineer

Senior Civil Project Manager leads complex civil engineering projects from concept to completion, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and qualityServe as main liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleLead cross-discipline coordination through design, permitting, and construction phasesPrepare proposals, qualification packages, contracts, and promotional materialsPartner with senior management on complex issues and internal approvalsDrive quality control to ensure projects meet performance standardsSupport business development and client retention, including some travelQualifications:B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required15+ years in AEC or project managementProven experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationshipsStrong Storm Water design and permitting experience (local, state, and FDOT)Working knowledge of StormWise (ICPR4), Civil 3D, and Ponds (WaterCAD, StormCAD)Preferred Skills:PMP certification highly preferredPE license in Florida highly desirableBenefits:100% employer-paid benefitsBiannual performance bonuses and profit sharingStrong culture of internal promotion and mentorshipNationally recognized great place to work
