Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Prepare and submit project documentation and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Support the project team in achieving project goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings and discussions.
- Monitor and report on project performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or similar role for 10+ years.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, or Primavera.
- Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and bidding software.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a field-related role in transportation, concrete construction, or heavy civil construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are backed by solid technical knowledge.

- Tech-savvy and computer-literate.

- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required).

- Ability to meet contract objectives on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Willing to travel up to 75% of your time.
- Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam a plus.
Pay
$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

- Employees working in this environment may be subject to evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call emergency shifts.
- Work hours primarily involve 8-hour shifts during weekdays.
