  • Identify and document deficiencies, non‑conforming work, and deviations from project specifications.

  • Participate in civil inspections, quality walks, and construction progress meetings.
  • Monitor contractor progress against the project schedule and communicate potential delays or sequencing issues.
  • Act as a safety steward, immediately reporting unsafe conditions or activities to site leadership.
  • Provide detailed daily reports documenting manpower, equipment, completed work, weather conditions, construction progress, issues, and relevant contractor activities.
  • Maintain photographic documentation of civil construction progress and notable field conditions.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, environmental, and other Owner's Representatives where scopes interface.
  • Support punch‑list development, completion tracking, and final civil turnover activities.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with personnel, EPC contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction experience, preferably supporting utility‑scale solar, wind, BESS, or other large‑scale energy/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong civil construction background with experience in earthwork, grading, drainage, roads, SWPPP/erosion control, and site development.

  • Comfortable working independently and escalating issues appropriately to the Construction Manager.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation/reporting platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license.
