About the role

We are a growing civil litigation firm based in Lafayette, California, seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to become an integral member of our litigation team. Our practice focuses primarily on business litigation, trust and probate disputes, real estate litigation, and other complex civil matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files
• Keep cases moving forward
• Serve as a trusted resource for attorneys throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation paralegal work
• Proactive and organized approach
• Willingness to share expertise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills

Pay

$65,000 - $95,000 yearly depending on experience
