Civil Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in civil litigation, with a strong focus on real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters, probate-related matters, and other specialized legal matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a full-time, onsite position in Naples, FL. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive litigation support, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.Maintain organized case files, evidence, correspondence, and litigation records.Support attorneys with real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters, probate, and other special matters.Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support attorneys.Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel.Coordinate hearings, depositions, trial preparation, and critical litigation deadlines.Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met.Provide administrative and calendar support to firm leadership as needed.Handle multiple cases and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; 8+ years strongly preferred.Strong background in civil litigation.Experience with real estate litigation, foreclosures, title matters, or related legal matters highly valued.Experience with Filevine or similar case management software preferred.Familiarity with AI legal tools such as Spellbook and vLex Vincent is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.Dependable, proactive, and accountable work style.Strong professional judgment and willingness to learn.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
