Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including substantial exposure to product and premises liability.

Proven trial experience preferred.

Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and supervise team members.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Business development aptitude and interest in growing client relationships.

Preferred Experience: Background in a mid-to-large defense firm setting.

Experience with insurance carrier clients or self-insured entities.

Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and local court practices.
