Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in liability cases.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable way.
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
• Managing a substantial case load, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of litigation experience with a focus on liability cases.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
• Proven track record of success in civil litigation, including trial experience.

Pay

$125,000 - $175,000 per year
