About the Role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in our Reno office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years’ experience. We welcome all experience levels to apply and have openings for defense litigators across several practice areas, including:
- Employment
- Construction
- Product Liability
- General Liability
Candidates will collaborate with experienced attorneys and GRSM partners who have extensive litigation experience in trials and arbitrations nationwide. The firm is a full-service Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices, offering opportunities for forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and partners on trials and arbitrations
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive written documents
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Nevada (licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, or Alaska are a plus)
- At least three years of civil litigation experience
- Strong academic background and proven research skills
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Driven team player with a collaborative mindset
Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Pay
Our national base salary ranges are as follows (actual compensation is tailored to the individual based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market):
- Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000
