About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in our Livingston, New Jersey office for Civil Litigation Attorneys. We welcome candidates with at least 3 years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Our practice groups seek defense litigators with experience in a variety of practice areas, including specializations in:
- Employment
- Complex Commercial
- Professional Liability
- Toxic Tort
- Products Liability
- General Liability
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and writing
Requirements
- At least 3 years of civil litigation experience (all levels welcome)
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background and research skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Driven team player
Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Pay
Our national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
