Responsibilities

• Handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Engage in client interactions and client-facing matters
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Trial experience preferred but not required
