Civil Litigation Attorney

A well-established civil litigation and business/transactional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. This is a 100% remote position. Key Responsibilities Handle complex civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.Represent clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.Manage cases with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications 5+ years of civil litigation experience.Experience in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple matters independently and effectively.Active Washington State Bar license in good standing required.
