About the role
PJI Law, PLC is seeking a full-time, Virginia-licensed attorney with civil litigation and trial experience to join their team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with clients, designing and executing case strategies, and handling their caseload with significant independence.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients daily
- Design and execute strategies for cases
- Handle caseload independently

Requirements
- Experience in civil litigation, including Virginia circuit court trial experience
- Experience in commercial, contract, and/or real estate litigation (optional)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established policies
- Excellent communication skills and genuine connection with clients
- DC and/or Maryland licenses (optional)
Qualifications
- Experience in civil litigation, including Virginia circuit court trial experience is required.
- Experience in commercial, contract, and/or real estate litigation is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients.
- DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus, but not required.

Pay
The compensation includes a base salary and productivity bonuses, which would be in the range of $120,000 - $170,000+, depending on experience.
