About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. You will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in civil matters (construction, real estate, commercial, breach of contract, etc.) on a percentage fee compensation basis.
Our ideal candidate is autonomous, well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, and has experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials. First chair civil jury trial experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other legal professionals
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Colorado
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
- First chair civil jury trial experience

Pay
$110,000 - $200,000 per year
