Job Details

• Handle full-cycle civil litigation cases focused on construction, real estate, commercial disputes, and breach of contract
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Manage motions practice
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
• Apply deep knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
• Manage cases autonomously with minimal oversight

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar admission (required)
• Admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (required)
• First chair civil jury trial experience (required)
• 3–20 years of relevant civil litigation experience
• Strong proficiency in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
• Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, discovery, and motions practice
