Civil Litigation Attorney

About the role

The firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate to join its growing Seattle-area office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar, who is capable of managing litigation matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle civil litigation cases with increasing independence
• Write, research, and analyze legal documents
• Participate in trials, hearings, and court proceedings
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve common goals
• Handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Trial, hearing, or courtroom experience (a plus)
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach
• Organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience

Pay

$130,000 - $195,000/annum + Excellent Benefits
