Job Details

• Represent public agencies in state and federal litigation involving constitutional claims, torts, land use, environmental issues, and other complex matters.
• Draft and argue motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic counsel to public clients on risk management and litigation strategy.
• Work closely with city attorneys, general counsel, and agency boards.

Compensation

$130,000 - $190,000 per year

• Strong experience in public agency defense.
