Compensation: $140,000 - $190,000 yearly Qualifications Experience in civil litigation with at least seven years of practice in California.Ability to manage a diverse caseload, including commercial, business disputes, and real estate litigation.Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and clarity.Strong legal research and analytical skills to support case strategies and client advisories.Excellent advocacy skills for representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and enhance case strategies.Exceptional communication skills to provide clients with regular updates and advice, ensuring their confidence in our approach. Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse civil litigation caseload, ensuring each case is handled with precision and expertise.Draft, review, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating effectively and professionally.Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies, sharing insights and expertise to enhance team performance.Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and advice to ensure they are informed and confident in our approach.Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, aiming for favorable outcomes that align with client objectives and values.
