Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced civil litigator to join an existing practice in this growth role. Candidates must have experience defending civil litigation claims with preference given for handling matters in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. Attorney must have strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trials and arbitrations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration. This is not a “behind-the-scenes” role. We are seeking a trial ready attorney with a background of defending complex cases. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement and is open to both local candidates and those licensed in South Carolina who are interested in relocating to Columbia, South Carolina.
Qualifications
- SC licensed civil litigation attorney with at least 8 years of related experience.
- Candidates must have experience defending civil litigation claims with preference given for handling matters in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
- Attorney must have strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trials and arbitrations.

Pay
$125,000 - $180,000/annum + DOE
