Civil Litigation Attorney

About the role

The growing firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to independently manage cases from inception through resolution and potentially mentor junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Mentor junior associates
• Run cases independently
• Handle depositions, motions, discovery, and case strategy
• Lead and mentor team members
• Experience in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, employment litigation, and business litigation

Requirements

• 5-15 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong experience with depositions, motions, discovery, and case strategy
• Ability to run cases independently
• Trial experience a plus
• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California

Skills

• Strong litigation skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters

Pay

$155K - $225K base, up to $250K for the right candidate
