Civil Graduate Engineer - Water/Wastewater
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and evaluation of data
- Carry out field reviews and other assessments
- Create and submit technical reports, presentations, and exhibits
- Develop hydraulic models and prepare technical reports for agency review
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, including horizontal and vertical alignments; plan and profile; utility design and rehabilitation
- Estimate construction costs and prepare quantity takeoffs
- Coordinate with internal team members, government entities, utility service providers, and subconsultants
- Manage task assignments to ensure adherence to budget and schedule
- Review all work products for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with division, regional, and company values, policies, and practices
- Lead by example, demonstrating solid judgment, good values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism
Required Skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet project deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior exposure to AutoDesk Civil3D and Microsoft Office applications
Required Experience
- 0-2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months
