Civil Foreman-Telecommunications

What You Will Do

• Oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction
• Expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading
• Setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping
• Ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards

What You Will Have

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of civil laborers
• Assigns tasks and ensures work is completed according to the project timeline
• Maintains work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
• Performs hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites
• Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping
• Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes
• Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment
• Ability to saw cut & pave
• Responsible for the company-provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies
• Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times
• Proven ability to operate excavation equipment
